This has got to be my favorite (free) kairosoft game. It is awesome. The ability to create your own ramen from scratch, is so engaging. I love mixing together random ingredients to make new soup types lol. It's a great way to pass time, especially when you need to relax. The only issue is the difficulty, in some cases. Sometimes during ramen arena the stats are inaccurate, and don't make any sense(higher pop and charisma, still lose). Other than that it's a must play.

Keep going back to it because the idea of a ramen shop game sounded super fun but the progression feels slow. The worst part is learning the difficulty ramping up at every new game plus, I always enjoyed new game plus as a way to reach completion during the next playthrough and don't see myself enjoying the gameplay feeling as challenging as the first time around.

Some of their games would usually have a steep learning curve and this is one of them. The restaurant is small (even with expansions) and the game limits you from where you can place furniture. Ramen Hall is (personally) a frustrating addition because it's like another responsibility from your main shop (hire more people, different menus, etc.) There are also little things which you have to do that the game does not explain. I became frustrated when my ramen quality was decreased without reason.
