it's stupid that I have to use this app for this and my husband can't do it on the computer. I don't think apps are safer... he doesnt want the app on his old phone, he wants to use the computer and the aproval link up didn't work over the computer.....he now can not Transfer money at all on a computer. He will be contacring postbank.

With the Postbank app, you can also only grant approval via the integrated best sign procedure and log on to the Postbank Website. If your husband wants to work with the account, ask him to set up the Postbank App on his mobile phone. If he needs support, our customer service is the right contact person on 022855005500

Overall the app is good, but since the redesign it crashes 3-4 times every time I try logging in. Sometimes it works like a charm, but most times I have to log in 3-4 times until I actually get in. Update: both app and phone are up to date and get all updates automatically as soon as they are released.

New optic: half the screen to show current account balance, why? The two fields below show the balance and credit card anyway. In line with EU regs PB have implemented immediate transfers BUT this cannot be edited on existing standing (Daueraufträge) only option is delete and set up new, shame on you PB.

What’s new

With this version, you can verify that your money is being sent to the correct recipient by checking the consistency between the IBAN and the beneficiary name.
Additionally, the transaction view now includes an interactive chart that displays the history of your account balance for both checking and savings accounts. Transactions are shown based on their booking date.
In addition, we are constantly working on adding new features to our app, optimising existing ones and fixing any potential bugs.
