This app is getting worse. First, when we go to pick up the pessenger and then they don't come , you can't cancel the ride before 10 minutes — if you do, you lose 10 points. Then, if the customer cancels after the rider or driver reach at location, our fuel gets wasted, and still, we don't get any points for this. On top of that, points decrease if we don’t accept a ride. And now, this new "Select Goal" feature has made things even worse. Kindly fix these issues, otherwise, it's garbage.

I’d like to report an issue with pick-up distances. The app often sends requests that are very far from my location, sometimes over 10 km. This increases fuel costs and slows down service. Please consider prioritizing closer requests to help drivers work more efficiently. Thank you

I am a driver in Botswana 🇧🇼, I think the app should put in a compulsory button which indicates the number of customer are to board the ride, cause you sometimes find four people wanting to ride together but the fee for the ride lesser than that of a shared taxi🚖 and this is causing a lot of complications. And also customer should be advised to pin accurate location as it causes conflicts of it happens that the price changes due to re-metering.
