Great experience, you don't have to go different places to buy things, you can get everything you want here foods, household items, medicines etc, it depends on the quality of restaurants you choose, the prices also varies. I didn't had any sort of problems with this app till now, delivery experience is fine not so good not so bad, it's okay. The talabat mart is very fast, you can even get items delivered in less than 10 minutes and they handle and package items very good

Fast delivery, yet very greedy. I paid for pro so I can get free delivery, yet they ask for more money for delivery. They add service and taxes on everything, even from supermarkets. Deduct money first from your card before checking order availability and if not available they offer you compensation. I hope they change their greedy management.

One of the worst delivery apps to ever exist! The customer service is so poor, there is no customer care number to contact for immediate help, you always have to wait around to get monotonous replies via "chat", and there's a problem with almost every order. The overall user experience of the app is also not up to the standard. The only option for a wrong/missing/damaged item is to issue a refund, there's never an option to replace! We order food for a reason, to eat & not to get our money back!
