1st time using it, very bad experience.Had to start over my booking several times, complicated process to book a flight and pay it. At the page where I enter my bank card details, app crashed and I had to re-do it 3 times, I was afraid of making 3 consecutive payments for 1 booking. I click pay now and nothing happens, message appears that error occurred and I have to start over. Can't believe RyanAir have such a dumb and slow application

It does the minimum adequately (check-in, booking) and is fairly clean BUT: Assistant doesn't load or doesn't show updated info. Downloading a boarding card to Google Wallet gives more precise updates on times, delays and boarding gates than this one - what's the point? The app doesn't give ETA either so you need to refer to the original itinerary email - why. Also, Order to Seat hardly ever works. Finally, the functionality of claiming for delay DOESN'T work even though it tells you it does.

This useless app gives me a headache every time I try to book something. It keeps throwing errors right at the end, wastes my discounted tickets, and pushes the prices up. By the time I switch to the browser because this app doesn’t work, the prices have already changed. On top of that, the bookings keep disappearing from the app and need to be re-added. Absolute garbage.
