I'm facing a issue with the camp data system. I'm inside the camp location, where I'm supposed to get unlimited data, but the app still charges my 1 GB It feels like the app can't detect my location properly, I tried contacting customer service contact customer service but didn't get any response

Worst app ever. I recharged 50 AED add on by mistake which is auto renewal. Now I am unable to deactivate it no matter what I do. There is no deactivate option. Every month 50 AED just VANISH. There is no support from customer care.

there is no live chat and there no costomer support directly I'm trying 6 months to update my Emirates ID there is something problem in five app and I'm using this sim 7.years now they are my disconnecting line because of Emirates ID not updated now today is Last date to update I don't know what can I do now
