I've only just started today. In the time I've been using the app I've had my problems. Specifically with understanding two of the three subscriptions. To leave an honest and accurate review, I'm subscribed for a year with both standard and master membership. Tutorials are well explained and relaxing. Although I'm not flexible enough for some poses, I do my best to get as close as possible. I did 2 exercises, and I'm feeling more relaxed.

I loved this app. I've been using the free version for years. Yesterday I went to use the 2 sessions, I use daily and they are no longer available. One had some unique poses that you can't find in any of their other sessions, that have tremendously helped my carpal tunnel. I have given 5 stars in the past but this has lowered their rating for me.

The variety in this app is amazing. Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, meditation—there’s always something new to try. I love that the app also has short 7–15 minute sessions for busy days. Even with a tight schedule, I can maintain my practice and still see real progress.
