I was only able to use the app once; the rest of the time, I couldn't find a driver. And when a taxi did arrive, the drivers asked for 3-4 times the price quoted in the app. I don't understand why the app can't provide an accurate fare estimate that automatically adjusts based on demand and traffic. It leaves you with a terrible feeling: are they trying to scam you as a tourist, or is the app just not working properly? And the icing on the cake: I am now requested to pay cancellation fee 25 TL.

Worst taxi app that I've ever seen for travelers. I've got local sim card, local Turkish bank, everything looks clear. But the app didn't work: sometimes errors, most of the times drivers canceled the orders, sometimes drivers call you back to check the destination point / to bargain price that much higher than in app and after that drivers can drop the order without any explanation. Do not recommend app

It's totally a scam. When we get into car, the taxi meter was already 700 Lira, when we asked driver it should be zero. He said that we should change settings in the app. Since he couldn't speak English, we didn't understand what he said, but how it's possible that the default settings in an app be in a way that after 5 minutes walking to get into car the cost be 700 Lira. I will never use it again.
