There is no balance at all, the game looks ok, even though it has fps limited at 30, but that's for gameplay equality I guess, anyway, you will be one-shoted in 1 out of 3 matches for sure, there always will be a player who has upgraded the character more than anyone in the lobby or he has pulled up a new one with much better stats and skills, so ranked is just a random thing, however, it's still almost the only interesting One Piece game for mobile

This game was super good but I have a few problems. 1st of all, the new Characters are so OP. If u join a game and there's a new character, just quit, there's nothing you can do, UNLESS you are pay-to-win and have the same Character. That leads me to 2, it's very pay-to-win and 3rd there's no offline mode. There could be an offline mode because you already can play with NPCs, but that's not in it. Can you please change these😞

This game is a gacha, and a VERY greedy at that. Embarrassingly greedy, even. But let's take this out of the way for a sec, because if you love one piece, this game can still be amazing. The game in general is quite polished, the UI is mostly decent, but the characters design, that's where the game shines the most. I love the animations, the skills and how they play together. I'd obviously love it more of them were balanced and more characters were viable, but I'm happy I gave the game a chance
