Avoid this app as much as possible.. delivered incorrect items and did not agree to return or refund. so what you get is final... even if it's wrong Also If you have a problem with your item or order.. be ready to spend anywhere between 2 to 3 hours to reach them. Not sure how they are surviving with such terrible customer service

I have never experienced such rude and unfair customer support as I did today. My order was initially rejected due to a card issue, but once I corrected the information, I was charged without the discount or points I had applied when placing the order. Despite not receiving the food, they refused to cancel the order, and after speaking with four different support representatives, I still received no help. I will never use this "sad" service again, even if it means losing all my E& points. :( :(

So far highly disappointed. I was entitled to receive some vouchers as a new e& customer plus some Smiles points...received nothing. They are bouncing the ball between each other and no one really know what they advertise. Incompetent customers services, very difficult to understand their English. I guess they are trying their best but they are just poorly trained. Feel scammed.
