I made an order and picked the only location I have saved on my account, for some reason it turned out to be a different location that I've never seen before! I called the courier to change their direction, they say they have to follow the location they received on the app, only after finishing the order they can go to the original location, so now I want to cancel the order but I can't do that either! What a waste of everyone's time over stupid rules that are helping no one.

Ordered something with a promo, but the food was missing. I went to the refund for the missing items section, but when i tried to submit the refund application, it refused to do so because the order was part of a promo. I uploaded all the pictures they needed. service centre didn't help at all. I didn't get the food nor the money. they should fix the APP, as it doesn't keep a record of the refund applications! I even went as far as calling them, but they only kept apologising!

Crazy Faaz
Very Bad experience . As I was browsing through the app in order to look for the offers, my card was automatically saved so the app glitched and ordered, I lost a large sum of money . in order to cancel the order I checked with a customer service and they said order started I told them right after it was glitched so I will never again order and I requested and called many times and followed up but no compensation was given and very very poor service.
