DO NOT USE PAYSEND for any important or time-sensitive transfers. The risk of your money getting stuck in limbo is simply not worth the convenience or any small fee savings. When things work, Paysend might be fine. But when something goes wrong, you'll find yourself with money stuck in limbo, unhelpful customer service, and no clear path to resolution. That's an unacceptable risk for a financial services company. They keep saying they are monitoring my issue but they never provide me an update.

THE WORST APPLICATION I'VE EVER EXPERIENCE, until now my previous first transaction I made was still pending & saying the receiver will received this exactly date that until now nothing's happened for how many days past from now. No Contact number, customer chat is too very slow to response. I told to cancel my transaction but they don't want to give my money back. If there is an option I will never put even 1 star in this WORST & TRASH APPLICATION. š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬

I made a single shipment, and as soon as I try to verify my account, they write "Dear Customer, Thank you for your interest in Paysend! We have carefully reviewed the provided information. Unfortunately, we won't be able to verify your account based on the provided data. Thank you for understanding" when I contact support they give me no reason why they can't verify my account and when I ask what they need to verify it they just tell me it can't be verified, terrible support.
