terrible!!! I was told to delete the app and reinstall to fix the problems I had such as being unable to unblock dates, upload photos, constantly receiving notifications of mesages which didn't exist, unable to access diary when on 4g etc.... and now I can't even access my account at all, have tried uninstalling repeatedly for weeks and nothing!! I am really upset over this!!

The Vrbo Owner App does not work at all on my OnePlus 9 Pro (Android 14). It’s been over a month, and nothing has been fixed. Support keeps replying with the same generic instructions (“restart your phone,” “reinstall the app”) but takes no real action. On top of that, notifications on their website are unreliable — the app might not alert you when a guest sends a request, which can easily lead to missed bookings and lost income.

I manage multiple properties, but apparently it is impossible to access the inbox, calendar and list of reservations for other properties than the first one registered on Vrbo. That makes the app completely useless. What's more it is very slow (the only app I have ever used that was slow).
