Horrible experience with customer service. Ordered a product and was waiting for a month because it's temporary out of stock. Recently est. delivery date changed from Feb to April so I asked to cancel order. Order cancelled, but then customer service lies about sending refund, demands closing PayPal dispute. Soon it will be two months... money paid, nothing is sent, customer service wasting my time. Time to unsubscribe and delete app?

I left my true experience which was worst one I have ever faced. This app is not app for saling product. It functions as a scammer app. I have ordered and get the number of order, after 5 days they are responding that is not avilable number. My order is staying as frozen. Neather I could cancel nor claim the order. Never reccommend this app to use. Scammer app.

Banggood is degrading , used to be a good reliable seller, but not any more-providing false information several times in a row, not shipping purchased orders. Cancelling placed order after 6 weeks due to 'price increase'. Poor service
