When I purchased a ticket through this app, there was an error regarding the class of the ticket, and I made the first call trying to correct this before the 24-hour deadline. Even so, the Avianca representative refused to help me, trying to charge me a insane amount of money, more than the ticket cost. It was a scam. I called again, and this time, just like the first time, they tried to scam me. Instead of correcting the issue and changing the class of the ticket and charging. It's bad service

I would even go less than 1 star. This is not for the app, is for the airline! If you want to enjoy your trip without headaches and anxiety, just book your trips with other airlines. Customer service is useless! Read the online reviews and airline overall rate before deciding this is your best option for traveling. They seem to think we are first time travelers. We know better!!!

this app sucks. I am not able to create or log in. there is always an error or/and it freezes. I am so glad I wrote to info down when I purchased the 2 tickets because I am not able to access the info on the app and I was not sent an email. Also, you can only bring a personal not a carry on and I believe it is either $65-$75 for a checked luggage
