Honestly, it's a good game. I'm a F2P player and I've been able to progress for some time now. Obviously you're advised to log in everyday, to get some rewards, but you don't need to spend tons of time to get there. After smth like 5 weeks I'm beginning to feel some wall to could require for me to pay, but maybe if I continue, I'll get through it. we'll see !

Played a couple hrs. The art style's cute, but it seems like it barely has a story and little to do beyond watching auto-battles. It's Monster Never Cry, but somehow even less interactive. +5 Months. The art style and character collection really drew me in, but it's almost completely devoid of story & near-exclusively just watching auto-battles, which is only made bearable by the ult animations. Plus, the event rotation is PAINFULLY repetitive. AFK Journey is everything Souls could've been.

Dear players:
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the game. Thank you for your feedback on the game's art style, story, and level of interactivity.
We'll work hard to enhance the story and gameplay elements to keep players engaged beyond auto-battle.
If you have any other suggestions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

all negative reviews i have seen for this game are greatly misrepresentative. This is primarily an idle game, so there are automated features, which is what most reviews are complaining about. The game has a beautiful art style, well thought out combat/equipment systems, and so much content there's never nothing to do. this is an absolute masterpiece, and there are no forced ads or microtransactions. progress can feel a bit slow at points, but thats all part of the grind
