It's getting worse day by day. Picky hasn't added any requested products since like 2 years , instagram automatically disconnects again and again . And Picky's contact support is almost non existing. They keep screwing up campaigns, and it's always their mistake but they penalize the users and don't give them the reward. It's so frustrating It was so much better a few years ago. It was one of my fav apps, not anymore though.

As a content creator I love that you can get deals from different brands under one app but my problem is every time I try to join an event I get a pop message to "complete all required address fields" and I already have my address added, there are no empty fields. it's really frustrating because I can't even get the support team to help me out! other than that the app is absolutely perfect

A disgusting and horrible thing this app and the brands do is send the product a week before the deadline, the products come from KOREA so it takes around 2 weeks to arrive to the US, the videos have to go through approval as well so even if you get the products earlier they approve it a day before the deadline and they do not pay you if you post it on the same day as the deadline, so you go through all of that to not get pay, korean brands do better.
