HOW IT WORKS

Download the FREE Amazon Relay app. When collecting or dropping off at Amazon facilities, enter load information to get your Gate Pass in advance. Once you arrive at the gate, simply scan your Gate Pass for fast, easy check-in.

If you have received an invitation code from your carrier, sign in to unlock more features such as notifications if a load gets added or cancelled, and detailed instructions about your load. (Contact your motor carrier and ask if they participate in this programme).

This app can make you money as a non cdl box truck owner. However, there are some hiccups with the app, it will not load the electronic BOL, every once in a while the app will refuse to load up the job even after closing and restarting or logging in and out. I had to use Google maps and the app started working halfway to the warehouse. If they can fix those issues, I'd rate 5 stars. If I wouldve waited until the app worked, I wouldve been late to pick up

Don't like new update. Showing a map just get in the way of seeing my reference numbers. And always have to close app, as check in screen don't show both reference numbers. or any numbers at all navigation is terrible, dont know about Wight zone, bridge, traffic or road closure. and if i choose to use a VPN that my up to me. its my phone not yours

I'm updating my review, it was 5 stars as the app constantly is improving! But there's currently a glitch on this app where it will not allow you to select your vehicle or manually place it in!? There's no way to contact anyone and this affects you from completing your load!
