Competitors use a flat rate delivery charge and that means you can shop all deals; Domino's doesn't, meaning delivery deals cost extra AND THEN they slap a huge delivery fee on top AND ask for a tip before you've even received the order. Combined with recent price hikes this is just disgusting business practice, and the app doesn't help; 2025 and it won't even login. Clunky, hard to sort deals and items, and there's sly little charges added at every step. You can't even use cash to pay anymore.

Very easy to use. Good selections on the menu. I also like the tracking how it shows every step for where your food is IE preparing, baking, delivering. Only recommendation would be to have a point system where you can get pizza, drinks & sides for free like McDonald's & greggs do.

App is easy enough to navigate, and I've rarely had issues using it. The new rewards stamp scheme where you spend £9.99 over 5 orders and get a free large pizza is fantastic. I mean, who doesn't love a free pizza?? I have had issues with my local Domino's messing up orders and long delivery times. However, this is through no fault of the app myself. If you want the best deals, this app is absolutely worth downloading 😋🍕🍕
