This app is getting worse. First, when we go to pick up the pessenger and then they don't come , you can't cancel the ride before 10 minutes — if you do, you lose 10 points. Then, if the customer cancels after the rider or driver reach at location, our fuel gets wasted, and still, we don't get any points for this. On top of that, points decrease if we don’t accept a ride. And now, this new "Select Goal" feature has made things even worse. Kindly fix these issues, otherwise, it's garbage.

I’d like to report an issue with pick-up distances. The app often sends requests that are very far from my location, sometimes over 10 km. This increases fuel costs and slows down service. Please consider prioritizing closer requests to help drivers work more efficiently. Thank you

The police have closed the road, but it is shown as open, which forces drivers to take long detours and results in extremely low fares. Moreover, rush hour is not taken into account. Customers are not charged cancellation fees, and drivers are being cheated because the fare is not displayed—this is tantamount to fraud.
