👉 PM2.5 + PM10
Airborne particulate matter (PM) is a complex mixture of many chemical components (solids and aerosols). Particles with a diameter of 10 microns or less (PM10 and PM2.5) can be inhaled into the lungs and cause adverse health effects.

👉 NO2
Nitrogen dioxide (NO2) is a highly reactive gas produced by the combustion of fossil fuels.
NO2 irritates the airways in the human respiratory system and can aggravate respiratory diseases (especially asthma). NO2 reacts with other chemicals in the air to form particulate matter and ozone.

👉 SO2
Sulfur dioxide (SO2) is a colorless gas produced by the combustion of fossil fuels and volcanic activity. SO2 irritates the skin and mucous membranes of the eyes, nose, throat, and lungs.

👉 CO
Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colorless gas produced by the incomplete combustion of fossil fuels. It reduces the amount of oxygen that can be transported in the bloodstream.

👉 O3
Ground-level ozone (O3) is a major component of smog. It irritates the respiratory system and increases the lungs' susceptibility to infections, allergens, and other air pollutants.

offers a cheap diy solution to bad indoor air and is a generally good and simple app for monitoring your own air quality in the area. it only does local area based on GPS from what I've come across though, this isn't a live map.

great app but I wish I could fine tune the location. there's closer air quality screening locations to my home than what the app defaults to. but a very nice and reliable app. still worthy of 5 stars. keep up the great work! :D

first of all, you have no way to select a station if you want to check a trip destination. if the app can't find one within 30km, you are simply out of luck. the bad part is that multiple regional colleges and vocational schools have stations. Several regional tv stations, use them for data. We need the ability to name a home location in the settings for when you don't care about your present location. This would make it a much more useful for monitoring. say, for monitoring an elderly.

Hello, the app displays data retrieved from the Air Quality Index based on your location. The app takes the data from the nearest tower with data. Is the nearest tower you mentioned listed with updated data on the Aid Quality Index database?
