Bad. One problem after another. EDIT: After collecting 5 tokens through the airdrops i am still waiting to transfer or withdraw the tokens. It tells me that the tokens are frozen or that withdrawals aren't available yet. It has been over 18 months since my first airdrop, still waiting. Also they make it sound like there are airdrops constantly but it has been about 8 months since the last one. Customer service is non-existent. If try to send feedback or ask ?s the response is to see the FAQs.

From Canada. Apparently, some options aren't allowed here. The website page is very confusing for a beginner. The little info you showed me at the start was no help with navigation or what to do and where to do it. I tried to verify myself for the account, and it failed every time. With 2 attempts a day, I doubt I'll even log in tomorrow to try again. So I'm just going to delete everything.

This app is completely good, it's fast and accurate. The only problem I am having is too much face verification and I wish there can be another way using other biometrics like fingerprint rather than facial verification. I also wish they have their own wallet, it would be better than having 4 or 5 wallets being used for withdrawal of different tokens. Other than that, it's completely good.
